Jamones Segura is a family business established in 1975, which produces Serón Serrano ham. The company is situated in Serón, Almería, at the foot of Sierra de Los Filabres mountains, and is known for its traditional ham production and curing.The Segura family has always done its best to produce top-quality products in a completely natural way, carefully selecting the ingredients, researching into the processes of ham curing and innovating hygiene, health and traceability controls. Thanks to all this, Jamones Segura is recognised by the ISO 22000 quality certificate and TSG (Traditional Speciality Guaranteed) Serrano ham, is a member of the Serrano Ham Foundation, and has the Andalusia Certified Quality mark.
