OliOlive

OliOlive is a multidisciplinary Green Entrepreneurship project with a social and environmental impact on traditional olive groves in the southern Basque Country, specifically in the town of Moreda, Álava.

Our main objective is to guarantee the food sovereignty of an enriched community, with the right to access nutritious, healthy, local, and culturally appropriate food, as well as food that is accessible and produced sustainably and ecologically.

To leave the legacy of an improved, decarbonized, and decontaminated planet, inhabited by a population that conserves and consumes natural resources responsibly and sustainably.

We are taking up the generational mantle of forgotten farms and the Eraso family, which we have revived with a desire to rescue life and the land. All of this is put into practice with a holistic management approach that considers the entire system as a single framework for planning and decision-making, helping to better manage agricultural resources to reap environmental, economic, and social benefits in a sustainable and regenerative way.
