Das frühere Kapuzinerkloster liegt am Ende des Paseo de los Alamos. Der im Stil der Spätrenaissance am Übergang zum Barock errichtete Bau entstand Mitte des 17. Jahrhunderts. Ab 1835 diente er als privates Wohnhaus, später als Ölfabrik.
Heute ist dort die öffentliche Stadtbibliothek und ein Mehrzweck-Veranstaltungssaal untergebracht.
