Alpuoliva

Alpuoliva is in the Granada town of Almegíjar. In the oil press, the oil comes from the Picual, Manzanilla and Lechín varieties. The olives are picked straight from the tree and taken to the oil press daily, meaning that they are not stored at any point.Once the olives reach the Alpuoliva oil press, they undergo a strict cleaning process where the leaves and other impurities are separated, leaving the olives clean and ready to be pressed, which is done straight away to obtain the highest possible quality in the resulting product: Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
