Capitol Gran Vía

Just a few meters from Plaza del Callao, right on Gran Vía, you'll find these famous cinemas, opened in 1933, where, in addition to regular film screenings, various types of events are held. The Capitol Gran Vía's theater section is managed by the Smedia group. The Capitol cinemas have three screens: the main auditorium, with over 1,000 seats, and auditoriums 2 and 3, with 211 seats each. The main auditorium and auditorium 2 alternate between film screenings and theatrical performances. These spaces can also be rented for all kinds of public and private events, ranging from premieres and corporate events to presentations, press conferences, and theatrical performances.
