The Francisco Delicado Municipal House of Culture is a detached house, built outside the city of Martos, surrounded by vegetable gardens.
It was built in the 1920s by Sevillian architect Aníbal González.
It has a square floor plan and the most prominent element of this building is its tower. It has three floors: the ground floor opens in the form of a portico and balconies, the portico is located on a staircase supported by pillars with composite capitals and corbels decorated with rosettes and fish bodies. The second floor surrounds a large balcony topped with a pediment decorated with ceramics, and the third floor forms an open gallery through round brick arches decorated with ceramic motifs. The entire house is covered with yellow and green glazed ceramic Arabic tiles
Popularly known as "El Hotelito", this house is a regionalist work with an eclectic, neo-Mudejar, Renaissance and Baroque style. Currently, this house is the headquarters of the Francisco Delicado Municipal Library of Martos.
