Jardín Museo de Kitty Harri

Located 15 kilometres from Almuñécar, between the towns of Jete and Itrabo, the Kitty Harri Garden Museum offers a unique attraction in Andalusia.The Kitty Harri Garden Museum is located in the mountains and looks over the beautiful Valle Tropical offering magnificent views, both of the mountain ranges of Almijara and Cazulas and the Mediterranean Sea. The gardens are continuously evolving and have a great number of palm trees, shrubs and trees from all over the world.This lush tropical garden is home to an exhibition of more than 150 sculptures by some 15 international artists. About half of the sculptures are works by Kitty Harri (an internationally renowned writer under the name of Kitty Sewell) and the rest are donations or are on loan from other renowned artists.
