Museo de Belenes

The Nativity Scene Museum is located in the Malaga village of Mollina, 65 kilometres from the capital.

You can see nativity scenes as unusual as: the "Roman Theatre in Cartagena", the "Favelas of Rio de Janeiro" or a street destroyed by war. Scenes representing such popular places as the Nuestra Señora de los Remedios of Antequera Church, or the Court of the Lions of the Alhambra.

The Nativity Scene Museum is divided into two areas. The main one is the indoor area displaying the more than 60 artistic nativity scenes. The visit is complemented by an outdoor exhibition area of arts and customs with tools of the countryside, two mills and a representation of a traditional Andalusian house.

Furthermore, the outdoor area has a play park and open-air stage for events.
