Oleosalar Cosecheros is in the Granada village of Salar, founded and formed by olive growers with many years of family experience in olive trees and olive oil.At Oleosalar Cosecheros , they make an Extra Virgin Olive oil from Integrated Production, directly from fresh and healthy olives of the Hojiblanca (80%) and Picual varieties (20%), only using mechanical processes.INENA is a homogeneous oil, with a high stability, nice flavour, slightly bitter and spicy touches that smells of mint and apples, with a smooth texture on the palate and fruity.
