The Dalí Theatre-Museum is considered Salvador Dalí's last great work, which he conceived and designed to offer visitors a truly immersive experience and allow them to delve into his captivating and unique world.
The Dalí Theatre-Museum attracts thousands of visitors throughout the year. Built at the artist's express wish on the site of the former Municipal Theatre of his hometown, it was conceived and designed by Salvador Dalí himself to offer visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in his surreal and captivating world.
The collection allows visitors to explore Salvador Dalí's artistic journey through a wide range of works; from his early artistic experiments, Surrealism, nuclear mysticism, and passion for science, to the works of the last years of his life.
A visit to the museum is a unique opportunity to observe, experience, and enjoy the work and thought of this genius.
As Dalí himself explained: “It is evident that other worlds exist, that is certain; but, as I have said many times before, these other worlds are in ours, they reside on Earth and precisely in the center of the dome of the Dalí Museum, where the new, unexpected, and hallucinatory world of surrealism has been created.”
