An exciting and magical journey underground in the oldest city in the West, where visitors can discover the mythical Port of Gadir - The Bluebird Cave, the Phoenician port in the city of Gadir and part of the port structures excavated in the natural rock itself. It is located in the city of Cadiz.
The cliff or pier of the ancient Phoenician city of Gadir from the 3rd century BC. A dry dock excavated in natural rock, the place where the warships of the Phoenician fleet would be built and which would play an essential role during the Second Punic War.

This enigmatic area was later reused by the Romans and throughout successive centuries, reaching our days through its discovery in 1958 by the winemaker Manuel Fedriani Consejero, who transformed it into one of the cradles of flamenco in 1960, making it a place of reference until its closure in the mid-1980s, this was the legendary Bluebird Cave.
