Description
Published byThe Centre for Research and the Promotion of Ibérico Ham (CIPI) is located in an emblematic 20th-century building, known as El Tiro Pichón, in the town of Jabugo (Huelva). There you can discover the secrets and processes involved in making ham, which has crossed borders and become our global culinary icon.
