The Trafalgar Lighthouse, built in 1860 on the Trafalgar Tombolo in Barbate, Cádiz, stands 34 metres above the ground and 51 metres above sea level. This historic monument is located at the site of the famous Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. Surrounded by golden sand dunes and vast beaches, the lighthouse offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and is a point of interest both historically and naturally on the Costa de la Luz.
