We invite you to explore the dehesas, traditional Mediterranean wooded pasturelands where 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs roam freely, feeding on acorns during the montanera season, and meet the people who care for and nurture them.

We want you to visit our artisanal winery and learn to love this delicacy that we hold dear. We are the fourth generation of a family whose patience, dedication, and passion result in a true gem of gastronomy: Designation of Protected Origin Jabugo ham.
