Quesos Cortijo Carbonerillos

Located in Valdepeñas de Jaén, the Quesos Cortijo Carbonerillos dairy gets it raw materials from over 400 goats that produce the milk which is a gastronomic jewel. In this unique climate, with cold winters and cool summers, the Valdepeñas de Jaén pastures on which these Granada-Malaga breed goats graze are the source of the natural flavour of this healthy food far removed from industrial animal feeds.The Cortijo Carbonerillos cheeses are always under control of the family that makes them, from feeding the goats to milking them and the production of the cheese in their own dairy. Fresh cheeses, semi-cured, mature and cottage cheeses are available.
