At Aceites Lis, we are dedicated to producing one of the finest extra virgin olive oils in Aragon and the rest of Spain. We are a young olive mill, founded in 2007, backed by extensive professional experience in the olive oil sector, both in olive cultivation and extra virgin olive oil production.

Our prior experience in the sector and our passion for high-quality extra virgin olive oil have led us to implement a production system aimed at obtaining the best possible oil from our olives. To achieve this, we take the utmost care in cultivating our raw material, choosing the perfect moment for harvesting and extracting the oil in the hours immediately following the picking.

The starting point for our olive mill was the transformation of olives, grown in the province of Zaragoza, into a distinctive extra virgin olive oil.

Subsequently, thanks to progressive and innovative research, at Aceites Lis we have incorporated new flavors and intensities into our oils. The result of this evolution is that we now produce premium olive oils for cold consumption that meet the demands of an increasingly discerning market, knowledgeable about this wonderful product of the Mediterranean diet.

AT ACEITES LIS WE MANAGE THE ENTIRE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL PRODUCTION CYCLE

At Aceites Lis we manage the entire extra virgin olive oil production cycle, from the production of the raw material on private estates with controlled intensive cultivation, to the bottling, labeling, and sale of the final product.

Our olive mill is located in La Almunia de Doña Godina, in Zaragoza, a town nestled between the Ebro and Jalón rivers and the mountains of the Iberian System. This is a traditional olive-growing area, and therefore, from our facilities, we also serve producers in the Valdejalón region and other nearby geographical areas, transforming their production, primarily from small family farms, into a superior quality extra virgin olive oil. The company philosophy of Aceites Lis is based on a commitment to promoting olive oil culture and opening our mill to all kinds of initiatives aimed at raising awareness of this unique treasure that is olive oil, its production, and the benefits of its consumption.
