Café Cibeles

In addition to the Cornamusa Cibeles restaurant, located on the sixth floor, Madrid City Hall also features a café-restaurant on the second floor offering magnificent views of Plaza de Cibeles and Calle Alcalá. This space is managed by the Azotea group.

Café Cibeles is a pleasant bistro that serves as a meeting point for those visiting the city, the cultural offerings of CentroCentro, or those who simply want to enjoy a coffee or a snack in an iconic location in the city.

The space, decorated by Alejandra Pombo's studio, stands out for its high ceilings and large windows overlooking Alcalá Street. The culinary offerings are the work of Manuel Berganza, executive chef of Azotea Grupo, and Jesús Almagro, head chef of Cornamusa, who offer a variety of dishes inspired by Madrid's traditional recipes and using mostly ingredients from Madrid producers.
