Quesos Vico

Quesos Vico is an artisan cheesemaker specialising in goat cheese. We are located in Castilléjar, in the heart of the Granada Geopark, on the Altiplano of Granada.
We make fresh milk goat cheese, cured and semi-cured, and we'll soon be starting to make dairy pastes. Our products are available in some service areas, restaurants and small shops in the towns of the region.
The idea of starting a cheese factory came about to offer cheese-making workshops to guests of the tourist accommodation, encouraging visitors to enjoy unique and truly authentic culinary experiences from the region. They currently offer tours of the facilities, as well as various workshops.
