Moramiel is a company located in Hornachuelos, Cordoba, which was born from the heart of a family that has been dedicated to beekeeping for generations. The company specialises in packaging and marketing products derived from the hive, as well as raising awareness of the economic, social, and environmental significance of beekeeping for our environment. The company operates in two main areas:
a) Packaging and marketing of beekeeping products is the company’s longest-established line, having offered a wide range of products to the market for years. It continually strives to improve and introduce innovations in both production and presentation. Its main products are: honey, nuts with honey, pollen, royal jelly and honeydew.
b) Training and awareness on topics related to beekeeping and the environment – the most recently established line of business – built on the experience accumulated by the family over many years, not only through their beekeeping work but also through their relationships with institutions, associations and private entities that have highlighted the importance of bees in the conservation of the natural environment and support for the local economy. For this line of business, the company has a Travelling Workshop and an Environmental-Beekeeping Learning Centre.
